The Idealistic Bastard
I guess I'm idealistic when it comes to the idea of love or finding the perfect person. But, it doesn't hurt to put out a few ideas about what kind of person I want... even if it gives into a few details that are just trivial. I had someone ask me the other day, "If you had a line of guys wanting to be with you, what things would they have to be like to filter out the crowd?" And here's my answers... hehe
1) The man of my life would have to actually appreciate love and the idea of romance. I'm sick of the people who say, "love is just when to people can stand each other." I know that if I believe in story book love, someone else out there does too.
2) They have to have an odd sence of humor. I think it would be funny if someone was pushing a grocery cart through a store and a tower of cereal fell on them. I laugh at Bizarro and laugh even more at things on Adult Swim on Cartoon Network. Hopefully, someone else out there does too. hehe Quack Quack.
3) They have to be able to be mature and immature at the same time. Why die having no fun? I like to have very deep discussions and debates while sitting next to a fire or sitting in a booth at some coffee shop or all night restraunt, but then I can turn around and play video games for a few hours. hehe And I'm all about the Cartoon Network.
4) No more psycho morbid drug addicts. If you like to occasionally do party drugs, than more power to you. If your life consists of party drugs than.. um.. see ya. heh
5) Romance isn't dead. I gotta have my cuddler. hehe Flowers, movies, dinner dates... Hell, I'm a woman. ROFL j/k
6) Someone who can speak their mind. If they have a problem with me, they can talk to me.
7) Nights can be hard... I want someone who thinks about me while I'm gone from them, just like when they're not here I think of them. Damn romantics.
Um... That's all I can think of for now, but if I think of something, I'll add it later.
